RETURN & REFUND POLICY

There are options available if you change your mind or if you or your recipient would prefer a different gift.

We will happily refund, exchange or credit any online order, returned within 30 days from the date of order, provided the goods are unused, unworn and in as-new condition, with all packaging intact.

All credits, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 72 hours. 

In order to return a product to us, you need to follow a simple process:

Contact us by email at contact@littlerosecoboutique.com.au to ask for return approval.

Let us know if you would like to:

  • Exchange the product for another one (shipping costs at your charge)
  • Get a gift card for the amount you spent on your original purchase (minus shipping costs)
  • Get a refund on the credit card you used for payment (minus shipping costs)

Wait for our reply to your email (within 72 hours)

Please make sure the gift is unused (nor worn or washed for clothing) and in its original packaging

Place the product in a postage bag or box, making sure it is well protected.

Include in your package a paper copy of the email from our customer service confirming that your product exchange or refund has been accepted and include your original order number or invoice if available.

Send the item back to Little Rose Co Boutique. The cost of posting back the item is your responsibility. We recommend that returns are sent via registered post or a freight supplier that offers a tracking service and insurance for items damaged or lost in transit. Please note we can only credit, refund or exchange products upon receipt of returned items. Send your parcel to: Returns, Little Rose Co Boutique – PO Box 1157, GYMPIE QLD 4570 – Australia.

We will email you once the item has arrived back with us and the return has been processed.

Free Returns

We do offer free returns when you receive a product that is either faulty or damaged, or if the wrong product, colour or size was sent to you by mistake and is our error. Please note, if you mistakenly ordered a wrong product, colour or size we do not offer free returns in this circumstance however you can still return the product if you meet the return policy requirements above.  Please follow the process below for free returns:

Contact us by email at contact@littlerosecoboutique.com.au so that we can organise the return of the item for you.

You must send us photos showing evidence of the fault or mistake as part of your request for a return, exchange or refund of your purchase.

If your return is approved, you will need to let us know if you would like to:

  • Exchange the product for another one
  • Get a gift card for the amount you spent on your original purchase
  • Get a refund on the credit card you used for payment

Wait for our confirmation email with instructions on how to return the product.

We will send a confirmation email once received. (within 72 hours after reception of returned products). Please note we can only credit, refund or exchange products upon receipt of returned items.
