Shipping policy
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship orders Australia wide. We also ship internationally to New Zealand, UK, Ireland, USA and Canada. We only have rates on our site up to 1kg. For anything above this weight, you will need to contact us at contact@littlerosecoboutique.com.au. If your country isn't listed and you would like to purchase our products, please get in touch with us and we will look at options available or add you to a notify list to contact you when we do. We use Australia Post as our main service provider.
Shipping is a $12 flat rate or free shipping over $90 in Australia and this will be applied at check-out.

Order processing and Deliveries
We cannot guarantee delivery delays with the current supply and demand issues affecting businesses worldwide, but we will do our best to deliver your products as soon as humanly possible.
We will generally process your order within 3 business days from when we receive it. From there, delivery times will vary, depending on your location.
Deliveries within Australia
For most major cities in Australia, your parcel should arrive within 2-4 business days once shipped. For regional areas in Australia, delivery may take up to 10 business days once shipped. This is according to our service providers website. Please note once the item is shipped delivery times are out of our control.
International Deliveries
We currently only ship to countries listed above and we can only go on advertised international shipping delays of our shipping provider which is between 6-27 business days. This is according to our service providers website. Please note once the item is shipped delivery times are out of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming your delivery with a unique tracking number, and an estimated delivery time.
Packaging
The postage satchels we use are fully recyclable and have the following features :
- Certified Home compostable material.
- Waterproof to protect your goods.
- Double adhesive strip so you can reuse the packaging.
- Mailers are tough and durable for more secure transport.
For other orders requiring a bigger or more protective packaging, we will, whenever possible, use recycled packaging, or packaging that can be recycled (such as mainly cardboard boxes, brown paper packaging or biodegradable satchels).
