In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to the Little Rose Co Boutique business entity. By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to all conditions listed below.

Our Website Services
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We are not charging for GST as our company is not GST registered yet. Product prices are clearly displayed on each product page and are subject to change. We will fulfil your order at the price listed at the time of your purchase.

Product Descriptions
Our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant the 100% accuracy of descriptions.
Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that they will reproduce the exact colour or design of the products displayed.
Please be aware that our handmade products by Little Rose Co Boutique may slightly vary in colour and design as they are all unique handcrafted items.
Product Orders
We regularly update our stock and make sure our product list is current, however we will inform you should our stock be affected by delayed deliveries or website issues.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). They can be accessed from our product pages and we reserve the right to amend them at any time.
Packaging and postage charges will apply to your order as additional charges, and will be calculated at checkout.
When you order from us, we require that you provide your name, delivery address, email address, telephone contact and credit card details. In providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware. However, please rest assured that the privacy of your information is very important to us. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason. The most likely reason for cancelling an order would be due to stock, delivery, or website issues.
Delivery of your ordered product(s) will be as displayed in your order information. You become the owner of the products as soon as we have received your payment and all risk of loss or damage of your purchases passes to you when they are dispatched.
Orders will be shipped with tracking to confirm receipt at the delivery address provided by you. You will be notified of the tracking number by email.
Payments
Credit Cards: We accept payment for orders with VISA, MASTERCARD and American Express via a secure gateway.
Please be advised that you must retain your tax invoice as proof of purchase.
